Smart playlists no longer working for some reason

I only started using smart playlists recently - mostly because after 20 years of collecting music my iTunes library had become enormous (was 600 gigabytes, managed to whittle it down to 300)

There are over 400 playlists to try avoid creating more I've been using smart playlists

I've created combining several other playlists and smart playlists but it's empty.

Having one rule is okay - i.e. making it duplicate one single playlists (but what's the point of that?)

adding more than one rule makes all the songs disappear, or display one or two songs only.

What the holy h3ll?

Anyone??

Hello Chai,

Usually when a smart playlist is unexpectedly empty or unexpectedly huge, it means the rules have an error in the use of "match all" or "match any." See if that applies in your case.

If you wish, feel free to post the rules you are using and perhaps someone here can assist.
