Export Contacts from iCloud / Import Contacts into Outlook

I had a lot of difficulty in discovering how to import iCloud contacts into Outlook. Go to icloud.com/contacts on a tablet, laptop, or desktop browser. Select the gear icon. Click on Select All. Select the gear icon again. Select Export vCard. Download or save the vcf file. Convert the vcf file to a csv file: VCF to CSV - Convert document online (aconvert.com). Download or save the csv file. Open Outlook (not the app) in a browser. Select Manage contacts. Select Import contacts. Upload the csv file. Select Import.
