PNC Bank not loading correctly in Mac 13.4.1 Safari 16.5.1

PNC Bank not loading correctly in Mac 13.4.1 Safari 16.5.1. This has been going on for several months now. The website is missing many top menu items that do appear correctly in Chrome. PNC has told me there is an issue with Safari and recommended I not use it. Any ideas?

sounds like a PNC problem. PNC says they support safari.
