sleep timer no longer works

I have been using sleep timer for years without any problem suddenly it no longer works neither on my iPhone or iPad. I have removed the clock app and reinstalled and rebooted both devices but still the same. However it does work with the music app but I have music in one drive and also listen to podcasts neither will work?

Sleep schedule alarm goes off WHEN SKIPPED 1/10 times that I skip my sleep schedule alarm from my Lock Screen, it still goes off. Every time this happens the little icon will say “no alarm” but it still activates. I need background noise to fall asleep, so every time I skip my alarm I will have the audio player also active at the bottom of my lock screen. Could this issue be a bug caused by this? I’ve seen this question asked but the response they received was a link to a setup guide for the sleep schedule. To avoid this non-answer; SLEEP SCHEDULE SKIPPED BUT SLEEP SCHEDULE ALARM STILL GO WEE-WOO

app not listed in screen time screen time, always allowed, app on home screen not listed to add, specific app is sleep time i’d like to use downtime for the night but it shuts off the sleep time app i use for white noise & alarm

The Sleep is under the Health app.

It's the sleep timer on the clock app if I delete the app and reinstall it works once then it stops working
