I accidentally toggled the beta software on my Apple Watch app on my iPhone. Now whenever I go to check if there is any new public WatchOS releases I get a response to update my iPhone 1st.
if I choose open settings, it takes me to the iOS update screen where there isn’t any updates. I think it wants me to update the to iOS 17 beta in order to update my watch. But I really just want to “untoggle” the WatchOS beta option but can’t get back to that screen.

Neither the iPhone or the watch actually updated to the beta program.
So there isn’t anything to roll back to. Both watch is on WatchOS 9.6 and iPhone is iOS 16.5.1.
I just accidentally flicked on my iPhone via the Watch app for the Watch to join the beta program but it actually never did.
