I have a MacBook 16" 2021 and the screen is fantastic apart from one thing: it's a fingerprint magnet. Can anyone recommend a cloth and screen cleaner that does not leave it with streaks all over it or a residue behind.

It always works for us and we have five Macs. If you use a cleaning agent you're going to have some sort of residue. That can't be helped. The only way to remove the residue is to use a clean dry cloth or one that is slightly dampened with water only. So just start with the clean dry microfiber cloth.

And that will remove the oil on the screen from fingerprints, no solution required?
A clean dry microfiber cloth should remove them all no solvents required. Press gently and don't be too aggressive.
