What's the best way to keep my MacBook's screen clean? I thought it was about time I asked for tips since I recently got a new MacBook. It's starting to accumalate more and more fingerprints as I've been using this everywhere I go. Aside from a screen protector, how can I prevent my screen from getting dirty?

The first thing I’d recommend is not touching the screen. It’s not a touch screen so there’s really no reason to. Second, do not use a screen protector. There is little clearance between the screen and the keyboard. A screen protector increases the chances that you will crack the screen. Third, make sure your hands are clean before using the keyboard.

To answer your question I clean mine with a soft clean cloth dampened with a bit of glass cleaner. Don’t spray directly onto the screen, only onto the cloth to prevent over spray from getting into the internals.
