Apple TV Siri Remote won’t hold a charge
Our Apple tv Siri Remote won’t hold a charge. We have to keep it plugged in to work. Can battery be replaced or do we need a new one?

Verify that you charged as advised:
- to an USB port on a computer,
- to a power adapter in an AC outlet.
Other USB ports may not have what it takes to charge the remote.

Charge for 30 minutes for enough charge to function for a while, or up to 3 hours for charging from near zero to 100%.
