You can stream photos using AirPlay from iPhone to Apple TV. Share ﹥AirPlay
Or: You can set iPhone to upload all your photos to iCloud. Then the Photos app on Apple TV is able to load those photos from iCloud. Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support
