How can I gift a 3 month Apple TV+ subscription to someone without any Apple products?

Subscriptions are not giftable directly. You could send a Gift Card worth the money for 3 month subscriptions fee. That would be spendable for anything at Apple through their Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
