I want tp gift a subscription to appletv. How do i do this ?

The gifting of subscriptions isn’t supported at this time.

You could gift a Gift card for the amount of the subscription (e.g. a year’s worth), but you can’t make the receiver use it for that per se. A gift card is money not for a specific digital product, but with a specified merchant (Apple).
