No sound on MacBook Pro
No sound on MacBook Pro. Have checked Sound and Output is on and MacBppk Pro Speakers Built in is highlighted, volume in middle, mute is off. Still no sound on music, watching YouTube, etc.

You do not say what exact Mac is this... Have you tried attaching external speakers and compared your results.
Reboot the machine and test...
Unplug the external and try again your internal...
See Audio MIDI Setup.app and make some changes...
