Apple Watch - Default Run Selection

Hi, when I go for a run, I want the default selection on my Apple Watch to be “Open Goal”. A couple of weeks ago I did a custom, and now the default is that custom workout (see pic), so to get to the “Open Goal” I have to click the three buttons and select it, which is annoying. Any help is appreciated.
