Apple Watch 10.0.1 Update - Lock workouts disappeared

Since updating to 10.0.1 my Watch doesn’t give me the option to Lock a workout, the option has disappeared! I love locking all my workouts as it’s too easy to knock off otherwise.

Anyone else experienced this also?

Did apple remove the jumping rope workout type in apple watch? I can't find it any more? How could I create it? Apple Watch Lock Screen During Running What's the best way to lock an Apple Watch during a run? Currently when I run (it's winter), screens start flipping, segments get triggered, etc.... This is really annoying. It doesn't appear that Apple did any product testing with people that wear jackets or gloves. So far my Apple Series 7 Watch has been a poor device for running. I've also had it magically stop my runs as well.
