Actually I’m trying to allow microphone option for google translate but that option not working I went settings and changed options still not working in privacy I click microphone option in that other app list is showing safari not showing actually I allowed microphone option in safari I’m trying to resolve this from 3 days but it won’t work

I have had this problem for a long time. Every related setting has been checked. All of them are set as they are supposed to be and still no microphone access for Google translate. It would be good if someone from Apple would address this with an answer that is more than check the settings and reboot. These kinds of answers to this are not helpful. A little search shows the problem is widespread among Mac OS users.
While I appreciate your reply, it is not helpful and does little to address the problem or demonstrate any commitment to dig deeper on this issue.

I searched and searched for the answer to this and finally found this: It sounds like you cannot grant microphone access to apps. You should check Screen Time settings to ensure microphone changes are allowed. Settings>Screen Time> Content & Privacy Restrictions> Microphone
After I did this, I rebooted my phone, and reinstalled google translator and I was finally able to grant access to the microphone. Note also, that I had the same problem with Apple Translator (indeed with any APP that needed permission to use the microphone) until I fixed this permission.

Thanks for posting here in Apple Support Communities. It appears that you'd like to use the microphone option to translate voice using Google Translate. Once you open Google translate, you should see a microphone that is grayed out. Is that option missing? See here: https://translate.google.com/
