Refund For Bitlife

I would like to refund a lot of things inside of Bitlife. When I went to refund link and did the refund. It says Apple needed more information then I gave them the information about my two kids who bought the game passes. The next day it says I wasn’t eligible for getting a refund. But I got one refund on one of the things. Let me know if I can do something
