Nike Running Club - Apple Watch sync problem

Hi everyone,


For some reason my Apple Watch has suddenly stopped syncing runs to the app on my phone.


Since then, I’ve checked my iOS is up to date, I’ve uninstalled the app on my phone and on my watch, restarted both devices but no luck. There’s no support that I can find from Nike so I’m stuck!


Any thoughts…?

It definitely sounds like you were on the right track, having completed most of the steps from If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open already. As this app is not an Apple product, working with the developer directly would be necessary for additional support as you suggest. The best way to contact them would be via the process outlined in How to contact an app developer:


"Contact the developer of an iOS, iPadOS, or watchOS app


  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Search for the app, then tap it. If you can't find it, tap the account button  or your photo at the top of the screen, tap Purchased, tap "Not on this [device]," then tap the app.
  3. The app's product page appears. Scroll to the Ratings & Reviews section, then tap App Support. If you don't see App Support, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID."
