Can't drag and drop in iMovie
When I drag and drop photos and videos into the reel on iMovie, it won't let me. I deleted preferences and it still didn't work. What do I do?

What happens when you try to drag a photo or video file into iMovie? Any error message? Are you trying to drag via the Photos item in the iMovie sidebar, or are you dragging from a finder folder?
Possibly the files are stored in the cloud and have not been downloaded. If that may be your situation, download the files and then drag into iMovie.
Another less likely possibility is that the files are in a legacy (older) format that is no longer supported by iMovie.
