And if you violate the same SnapChat rules that got you banned the first time the new phone will also be banned. And, as the ban goes with the device, not the user, you, in good conscience, cannot sell the banned phone to anyone who might want to use SnapChat.

Then you will have to wait for Snapchat to remove the ban.

They should have told you how long. If it wasn’t too serious usually 3 months.
