RAW files save/share

Hello, I can't share RAW photos from Photos app to Files App in full RAW (on my own iphone or airdrop with IPAD). Not long ago, I was able to do it. Something must've changed, perhaps an update, but it is a PRO iphone, I need MAX resolution at all times. After photos are taken, I save them to Files app. It's very frustrating not to be able to do it. It shares the pics at 90% reduction resolution. Now there is a feature (that I don't like) that gives you the "chance" (or so they say) to transfer all pics at full resolution RAW (options) when sharing or saving to Files app but it doesn't work when sharing to files app only when I share with Photos app to photos app on another iphone or Ipad. Please help
