Permission to give apps camera and microphone

When I went to give permission to an app for the camera microphone or other things, it does not work. For an exemple, when I go in snapchats en it wants me to give permission for the camera and under it there is a “go to settings” button, then (obliviously) I go in settings but it does not have the option to activate camera or microphone. HELP cause I can’t call anyone or text on snap.

Hello léa-ann,

If you're experiencing this issue only with Snapchat we recommend contacting the app developer directly. Here's how: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

Contact the developer of an iOS, iPadOS, or watchOS app

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Search for the app, then tap it. If you can't find it, tap the account button  or your photo at the top of the screen, tap Purchased, tap "Not on this [device]," then tap the app.
3. The app's product page appears. Scroll to the Ratings & Reviews section, then tap App Support. If you don't see App Support, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.

Best regards.
