My Beats Solo Pros have the white light on at all time

My Beats Solo pros have they white light on at all times as soon as I open them the light stays white and 1 try clicking the button to put them into pairing mode and nothing happens

If you're unable to get your Beats to pair as expected, you'll want to try resetting them using these steps and see if that helps: Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones - Apple Support


If not, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support directly to look in to any available options for that. Reach out to them here: Get Support
