My beats solo pro is showing a white light it won’t connect to any of my devices what should I do?

Pair your Solo Pro headphones
Learn how to pair your headphones with your device. 

Pair with iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
1. Turn on Bluetooth on your iPhone.
2. Unfold your headphones to power them on and hold them next to your unlocked iPhone. 
3. After a few seconds, your iPhone asks you to connect. If it doesn't, press and hold the mode button on your left earcup for 5 seconds.
4. Follow the instructions on your iPhone. If you don't see any instructions, use the following steps to pair with a Mac, Android device, or other device.

Pair with a Mac, an Android device, or another device
1. Turn on Bluetooth on your Mac, Android device, or other device.
2. Unfold your headphones to power them on. 
3. Open the Bluetooth menu on your Mac, Android device, or other device. For example, on your Mac, choose Apple () menu > System Preferences, then click Bluetooth.
4. In the list of discovered Bluetooth devices, tap or Control-click your headphones, then choose Connect.
