AirPods' sound delay on Windows after no sound has been played for about a minute

When no sound has been played for more than a minute, there is a delay of 2-3 secs until the sound gets back. This problem not only limits to certain media, but anything that involves sound, including 'sound controlling' sound on Windows (system sound to be clear). There is always a 2-3 secs delay.

Currently, I'm using a third-party app called MagicPods as a makeshift, since it is offering a "low audio latency" feature. The feature lets Airpods play an inaudible sound that keeps AirPods awake, which I assume, prevents the AirPods from falling into a standby mode.

I'm currently using AirPods Pro 2nd gen and a Surface Pro 9, but I don't think it's the problem with some individual models, rather the compatibility, since I've already tried using

1) Galaxy Buds 2 on Surface Pro 9: delay X

3) Airpods 2 on Windows 10: delay X (not Pro, on a local brand laptop)

2) Airpods 2 on Surface Pro 9: delay O (not Pro)

4) AirPods Pro 2 on Samsung laptop: delay O

I've already inquired Surface and Windows customer service about the matter, and apparently, they failed to provide me with a valid solution, as did the AirPods customer service. Two are just passing the problem onto each other.
