My name is Sam, I am from Malaysia.
My phone just pass warranty in January and yesterday after an update to iOS 16 my phone turn into a white screen.
In this matter, how i can claim this issue to Apple since my phone does not have any issues before, never drop or did physical damage to it?
Seek your advice on this matter.

try doing a forced restart on your iPhone. You can do it like this:

Thank you for your reply, i tried, but unfortunately, it is not back up anymore, I just send it to Apple service, howeever, my concern now is I buy it from the USA, not sure if they will fix it for me or reject it.
