High spikes in Heart rate

My Apple Watch has been showing irregular spikes in heart rate, it may be at 85bpm at 3.54pm then 166 bpm at 3.55,20 secs then 90 bpm at 3.56.

This is distressing, I already stress over enough things. I have checked with dr and had ecg and checked my heart with cardiac CT. All js normal.

its a shame apple can’t put a fix in to check if there is a high reading to check if it’s still at that rate.

If you have tattoos under any of the sensors, it could be effecting heart rate readings. They specifically say tattoos can interfere with normal operation of the watch. Apple can't fix that. If you don't have tattoos on the other wrist, you may want to consider moving your Apple Watch to your other wrist.
