What do you exactly mean by "service"? To see your current service provider, you can either look at the top left corner of your screen, or take a look in Settings under General > About > Scroll down to Network Provider.
Does that answer your question?

Assuming by service you are talking about warranty, there is a couple of different ways to check.
Firstly, you can check if your coverage using the Apple Support App on the App Store here: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/apple-support/id1130498044 and from the front page going to Check Coverage >> My Devices (Click on your iPhone) >> Coverage Details. AppleCare+ is AppleCare directly purchase through Apple. If your are paying monthly until cancelled, it will show up in your subscriptions on your device in Settings >> Your Name at the Top >> Subscriptions. AppleCare Services through your cellular provider such as through Asurion will also cover you, but may have different rates for accidental damages or repair coverage.
You can also check using Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support. Or, you can also go to Settings >> General >> About >> and if you do have AppleCare, it will show up under your Serial Number and above Songs. Hope this helps.

I’m not sure which one your asking so here’s how you can find out both your cellular service provider and whether your iPhone is carrier locked or unlocked:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap on “General.”
3. Tap on “About.”
To find out your cellular service provider:
• Look for the “Network” or “Carrier” field. This will show the name of your current cellular service provider.
To check if your iPhone is carrier locked or unlocked:
• Scroll down to the “Carrier Lock” or “SIM Status” section. If your iPhone is unlocked, it should say “No SIM restrictions.” If it doesn’t, your iPhone may be locked to a specific carrier.
If you don’t see this option, you can also check by using a different SIM card. Insert a SIM card from a different carrier into your phone. If the phone is unlocked, it should connect to the new carrier’s network. If it doesn’t connect and you see a message about the SIM not being supported, your phone may be locked.
Please note that carriers may lock phones for various reasons, usually because the phone is being paid off on an installment plan or contract. If you discover that your phone is locked and you want it to be unlocked, you would need to contact your cellular service provider for assistance.
