People can’t open my email attachments

Hi I am using a MacBook Pro on the latest macOS as of writing this, I send multiple documents to people in a folder attached to an email but when they receive them I am told they cannot open the attachments is there any way I can change this. Thanks

You have to compress your folder firstly to be able to send it in an email. If you are not compressing the folder prior to sending, the recipient won't be able to open it. To compress the folder, right click on the folder and hit "Compress". Drag the compressed folder in the email and it will work fine.
