disable passcode from my iphone

I understand that your screen is not responding well to touch and you would like to turn the passcode OFF.

Open Settings ➡️ Face ID & Passcode ➡️ Turn Passcode OFF.

The above action will turn OFF using the passcode, however I do NOT recommend that you operate your iPhone without the security of a passcode. My recommendation is that you get the display fixed and continue to use the passcode to keep your iPhone locked and your data protected.

Take this in for a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. Bring a proof pf purchase with you.
