Apple TV 4K and Hulu

Do I need to purchase an Apple TV+ subscription to watch live Hulu broadcasts on my Apple TV 4K? I've watched only 1 show in the past year and don't see the need to purchase Apple TV+ but we do watch Hulu daily.

Watching Apple TV on other TVs I believe it's the current Apple TV version, and we added Peacock and Max apps, but when I go to another smart TV and log into my Apple TV account, those two apps aren't there. How do I watch those subscribed channels on other TVs? Was thinking about adding DirecTV, but I would need to be able to watch on other TVs in the house.
