Apple tv 4k doesn’t have an apple tv+ app
i have an apple tv 4k (A1842) and recently i figured that it doesn't have apple tv and hulu and there are not in the app store what should i do?

The country or country-like region as set for your Apple ID account matters for this. The Apple TV app is pre-loaded for supported countries, else it is not available. Apps like Hulu are available for accounts set to USA, where Hulu made their app available.

If you acquired this Apple TV box from someone else, then reset it and set it up again with your own Apple ID account.
If it worked before, but not now, then try signing out and immediately sign in again.
