Why the sounds for Notification Too Low like in Messenger, Message, Whats up and emails and even for all my apps notifications sound? Even my Ringer volume was in maximum volume. Please fix this issue. kindly advice how to rectify the issue please, Thank you.

Note that the notification volumes are reduced when the phone is unlocked and “has your attention.”
Test it by locking your 14 and placing it face-down.
The notifications and alerts should then return to normal, “as-set” volumes.
