Apple Color Tags are not working after iOS update 13.4 (May 2023)

Hi, I updated my iOS for my Macbook Pro M1 a week ago and right after the update, my color tags are glitchy i.e. when I click on the individual colours, nothing shows on the window. My example below shows how the image with the BLUE tags.

However when I click on the 'Blue' tag on the far left panel, this is what shows up -->

There is nothing at all. Has anyone come across this? I do feel a little lost without the tags because they have been very helpful and eases my workflow.
