Change of Country

Hello, I would like to change the country of apple stores. But I have subscript to some other apps, and I saw some other replies said that I have to cancel them and wait until the period passed? So if I have a subscription period until 2024, I cannot change the store before 2024? Also, for Apple music, if I cancel the subscription, the downloads will be removed, how about the library? Do I need to add all of them again after changing the store? Thank you.
