I can't download free apps from the App Store

Hi..I don see any unpaid payment at history...but I still can’t download any apps free..

Free apps that feature in-app purchases may still require a valid payment method.
If something is marked as needing attention about your Apple ID account (including password issues), then Store access might be blocked until that is solved. Contact Apple Support if it isn’t clear how to proceed.
