I have gotten a siri notification 2 separate times saying
“DOWNLOAD ASSETS_ TITLE 12:45 AM
DOWNLOAD_ ASSETS_ SUBTITLE_NOTIFICATION_IPHONE”
this is concerning and makes me feel like my phone is hacked. please help me fix this.

No, pretty sure that Siri has had a tough week or so. Try to re-enable it and see if that would work.
FYI: even if hacked, crackers-hackers won't impersonate themselfes.

this has happened to me twice. the first time was a couple weeks ago and now it happened again this morning. it kind of scares me and makes me think hackers have control of my phone.
When you go to Settings > Notification, do you have any apps that use the same icon?
