Hi ronak_dalal,

For help with pop-up notifications, if this occurred when attempting to pair a Bluetooth device test removing and re-adding the device using the steps found here: Pair a third-party Bluetooth accessory with your iPhone or iPad

There is a similar post with additional information here: Infinite Loop of 'Allow Public 00:00:00:0… - Apple Community

If not pairing or using Bluetooth you can clear your browser history with these steps: Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

While it's very unlikely your iPhone is compromised, if you still have concerns use the steps here to help with a safety check of your device: How Safety Check on iPhone works to keep you safe - Apple Support

Should the issue remain after completing those steps, ensuring your iOS is fully updated and a normal restart of your device you can reach out to Apple Support directly to further assist.
