Apps freezing up with Iphone 13 Pro Max since installing iOS 16.5

Since I installed the new iOS 16.6 update to my Apple iphone, I've had several incidences with several different apps freezing up and stalling on me that has never happened before installing the update. After it happened the first time, I thought it was just a fluke. But since it has happened several times with several different apps - and knowing that itt had never happened before installing the update, I know that without a shadow of a doubt that it is from installing the newest system update. Has this happened to anyone else? The last app that friar up was Facebook and it took several times of me closing out the program and trying to restart it that it finally did restart. Is there a way to uninstall the update? I'm afraid that my apps are all going to stop working now!

My IPhone 13 pro max has been doing the same thing. Apps freeze and sometimes start working but most of the time I can't use them. Not sure what is causing it and I don't know how I could show or explain much better than my screen freezes and is unresponsive.
