airpod pro 2s case will not show in find my, AirPods will

airpod pro 2s case will not show up in find my, have already turned off and turned on find my, reset the airpods and disconnected, and yes find my is enabled and they are enabled on my find my network, they were left outside of the case for a day and this started, the individual AirPods work and play sound works for them but the case will not show up at all.
