How to stop Apple ID from being able to bypass Screen Time passcode?

I’m trying to set up Screen Time for myself. I can be compulsive when it comes to using my phone so I want to be able to set a passcode and not be able to bypass those restrictions myself without going to significant lengths first. The only issue is that when I set up a Screen Time passcode, there’s an option to use my Apple ID to reset the passcode. This option exists even if I didn’t provide my Apple ID as a passcode recovery option, which is frustrating because it seems to make no difference whether you provide it when prompted to or not. I would like the only way for me to download new apps (which I would have blocked by Screen Time) to be by plugging my phone into a laptop and doing it through iTunes, which would provide enough friction for me to prevent myself from impulsively downloading apps that I spend too much time on. With this issue though it seems like I can always very quickly get around my own restrictions.

That can be any Apple ID, it doesn’t have to be yours; you can use someone else’s Apple ID, so you will have to ask them if you want to reset the Screen Time passcode.
