How to report a song wrongfully uploaded under an artist?

I was browsing the band Japan’s discography and noticed that they had a recent single—strange considering they disbanded for good decades ago. Listening to the single, “Freestyle”, it had no resemblance to the band’s other works nor did it sound like any of the original members had collaborated on it. Looking elsewhere, I found no evidence that the single was related to the original band, leading me to believe it was fraudulently uploaded under their name. Although I cannot think of any previous examples of this happening at the moment, I am almost certain I have seen it happen with other artists. I don’t know if Apple’s background checking is not sufficient or it was just a simple mistake, but something is definitely wrong here.
