i check apple replay weekly and in the past 2 weeks....a song i've never heard of or listened to (or is in my library) is my number 1 played song. how did this happen?

to qualify....my top 5 songs are in the 70-90 play range. out of left field....a song i've never heard of by a band i don't know is now the number 1 played song at 109. i don't have anyone (that i'm aware of) that has access to my account or that would listen to this artist. this is either fraud, a glitch, or apple music is playing the same song without me knowing for hours on repeat. what are my options?
