Listaway app not launching

I am unable to open Listaway app which was working well until the last upgrade a day back. I can’t even find it in the AppStore.

Please help as it had important data.

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

Contact the app maintainer, if you can find them. Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support

I see a couple of similarly-named apps on the ‘net, but I don’t see anything in the US iPhone App Store.

If the app has been withdrawn by the app vendor, your options here are unfortunately not good.

Hi there,

I see that you are using an iPhone 6S on iOS 13. What most likely happened is that the phone was on a really old version of IOS that allowed it to view this app. As of right now, this app is not on the App Store any longer. However, try going into the App Store, tap your profile picture, tap purchases, My purchases, and then try to lookup the application. One of two things will happen, it will either let you download it again, it might say it is no longer supported, or it simply won't show up.
