Double app in AppStore exactly the same
When I click to download both of them are blue circle turning to download but only one of the apps appears on Home Screen. Can another party control the other ?

Thanks for your post to Apple Support Communities. We aren't quite clear on the issue you see or what you are asking with downloading apps. When you open the App Store on your iPhone, then search for a specific app to download, are you saying you see two of the same app listed in the search results?
If you do, the very top app shown in the results could be due to an advertisement that may also be the same as the app you are searching for. This might result in seeing the Ad for the app, then directly below the search result for that same app. They aren't double apps, per se, just showing twice. But the app is still a single app that you will download to your device. So even if you see both of them with the "downloading circle", you are only downloading a single app.
