My laptop won't find my printer each time i try to print. I have to install the printer each time then delete the old one.
This is NOT printer specific. It has happened with a Brother and an Epson. Both are newer printers so age shouldn't be the issue.
System software is up to date.

Are you installing using AirPrint/Bonjour with printer and Mac on same WiFi network? Since they are new printers, they should be AirPrint compatible and can be installed without manufacturer supplied drivers.
What version of System software (Catalina 10.15)?
Any antivirus installed that could be blocking network connections?
i've tried those, they don't resolve the issue
