My computer stopped working and apple hasn't sent the parts to fix it for a month! no one can tell me when, who do i contact??

Apple does not supply parts to individuals. You must us an Apple Store or a certified Apple repair shop. You can buy 3rd party parts but that is always a risky situation as to parts and installation quality.
Provided that the lab actually did order parts from Apple, they have that order information and you probably do not. If that lab is ordering through an Apple Authorized Service Center, your calling Apple without any order details, or without being recognized as an authorized member of the submitted order chain may result in more frustration.
If you tell us where you are, we may be able to find the location of the nearest Apple corporate office for you to contact.
Beyond that, as your fellow end users that is all we can do for you. We cannot facilitate a fix. There is no resolution this type of problem in these user-to-user forums.
I think you might try it their way and call Apple. We are not Apple. We are just users like you and we have no more influence over Apple than you do.
The whole thing is communicated via an apple official lab in my country. They say they dont get updates, the only ask for the parts, and if I want more information I need to call apple because thet cant check the status if the parts.. im really confused and without any real outcome. Its been a month
what was the failure and the parts you are waiting for?
Is this computer covered under the standard one year 'defects in materials and workmanship' warranty?
or had the standard warranty period expired?
Yes they gave me a number, and have orderd the parts but say they dont know when they arrive and why it is taking so long. So they really dont have any information for me and it has been like that for weeks
The logic board and the touch id. And yes this is all under the one year warranty
