Accidentally I delete the notes on the iPhone (using gmail account). I delete the option note between email contacts calendrier and note. For notes unfortunately I take off the bottom.
So all the notes are disappeared from iPhone, despite I unlocked the button the Notes are note appeared anymore.

I already delete the account and try to insert again with notes but does not works.

Since you synced your notes with gmail, contact their support on how to recover notes.
