How to recover disappeared Notes on my iPhone 13 mini running iOS 18.4.1?
a note disappeared several days ago. I tried restoring the note through icloud and now all my notes are gone

Open the notes app. Tap folders and look to see if you have a Recently Deleted folder. If the notes are there, you can restore them. If they aren't, they're likely gone unless you weren't syncing with iCloud to begin with. In that case, you could restore your phone from a backup made before the notes disappeared, IF you have been backing up the phone. Backing up to either iCloud or a computer is vitally important to ensure no loss of data if something goes wrong.
