Want Apple 4K CEC to only go one direction (master/controller)

Right now whenever I turn on my Sony Playstation 5 it turns on my AVR and my TV (as it should) but that then triggers my Apple TV to turn on, which then means the AVR senses a new device turning on and switches to that input and I have to switch back the Playstation 5 input. CEC is turned on on all devices. Is there an order of turning on the CEC on each device that might prevent this? I don't want other devices to turn the Apple TV on, only the apple TV remote. Also, when I turn the Playstation off it does not turn off the TV or AVR, I have to turn the tv off myself which then turns off the AVR and connected power amplifier.

What you want is not possible. Your only option would be to turn off CEC on your Apple TV. Then, of course, your Apple TV Remote would not be able to control your TV, AVR, or PS5.

HDMI-CEC is not a very sophisticated protocol to begin with.
