How to disable troublesome dictionary? (2023)

I'm trying to hard click some stuff and the dictionary repeatedly pops up which is super annoying. I noticed a guide that would've been super helpful, but is outdated because the instructions point to things that don't exist. How do I make it so that whenever I hard click, the dictionary does NOT show up?
